Shipping costs and delivery times for orders to EU countries will be indicated during the checkout process after entering the delivery address, and will vary depending on the country of destination.

Delivery times are calculated on the basis of working days only.

Deliveries to the island of Sardinia are subject to a surcharge of 20 euros and a 2-day extension of delivery times.  We do not ship to Corsica, Sicily, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or other overseas territories.

Our shipping costs include transport, insurance and Spanish customs clearance. The costs generated in the customs of the destination country (taxes, customs formalities, etc.) are not included in our price. DHL or UPS, our partners for shipments to these countries,  will carry out these formalities in the destination country. DHL or UPS will contact the customer to inform them of the amount to be paid and to confirm address and day of delivery (this part of shipping is also included in our shipping costs).
